where did black Brits get the idea that because they are born in Britain they are some how superior to black (British-Caribbeans) born in the British colonies. They think by having an authentic sounding British tone somehow demonstrates intelligence. But in my experience living in London for 13 years has blown that illusion right out of the Psyche, some of them are as thick and one dimensional as it is possible for a human to be. Most of them take the worst attributes of the British culture/ way of live and use this learn behavior to deceive and manipulate the not so clued up immigrant who has possibly arrived recently. Along with long standing criminal elements provide a entry into the British criminal underworld. Black Brits are happy to keep all the stereotypes about Jamaica going because it provides authentication and gives them street creed reserved for criminal groups that have demonstrate their gangsterism. So this offers acceptance into the wider underworld. So in a nutshell they provide a the framework which makes it easier for wayward youths and uneducated immigrants to get involve in crime. Another thing i notice was the that some of the sentiments they keep is as right wing as the National Front and BNP.

Most play the blame the immigrant card which racist, dumb, ignorant whites spout all the time. Their was documentary titled The day the immigrants left. Classic Tele Lol. Took some unemployed British people and let them go do some of the type of work migrants do. As a prerequisite to that point, there is a stereotype or Urban tail that prevails throughout the society that immigrants are taking the jobs that British people could be doing which black Brits latch on to as expected. LOL the show revealed two thigns so far people who hold those views higlighted above and even some of those racist views are people disgruntled because they are lacking something. Jamaicans in England better start talking and represent themselves in all there glory.

We need some real debates, this barbershop, prison cell format of discussions do not foster the natural evolution to reaching a conclusion. We need to play a more organize and political roll in society and not allow people to perpetuate a falsification of the current situation to promote their agenda. The clip below is an excerpt shedding some light on the important and strategical link that Jamaica has always played at the center of the British empire in that part of the world. Bomboclaat Stupid Black MP Diane Abbott was fascinated with Ndubz Diamond rings and acting like a groupie on a fairly serious political program where the presenter was discussing Good Parenting. While the two white men had an intelligent and informative discussion with the youths. This woman’s (The first African Caribbean woman to be elected to Parliament), sat there fidgeting in her seat as she usual do. Her first question eying up the youths rings was, “are those real diamonds?” . At one point they took the rings off and handed them to her. Then she sat there for the next 3 minutes hunch over like monkey trying to figure out how to get honey from beehive, examining the rings will the rest of the group got on with the debate.

LOL………How about that for moral and intellectual leadership..

Trying to track that clip so you can watch it and marvel at this woman. To say it’s a personality defect would be too simplistic.

You must agree that this response by France only goes to show their arrogance. As a mtter of fact This is the time for Haitians to show their diplomatic maturity and use all the international agencies available to them and challenge France. The high level of casualties can be directly attributed to Frances lack of investments, development and this ridiculous demand that people fighting for their life should pay compensation to their predators. The international community would have no choice but to rule this as crimes against humanity and order France to rebuild the country. Remember Japan?

It’s just like Jamaica no one is challenging anything. the rhetoric i hear is one about wicked Babylon, England, Europe, reparation, repatriation, white man this white man that etc. then we do a prayer or some shit like that. Time to challenge Europe man to man. The Fact that European enslavement of Africans is still having a destructive effect today is reasonable grounds for certain demands in a modern court of law………. Remember China and Russia didn’t enslave Africa and these are two major players on the world scene now. Get them onboard and then we can bargain and demand that Eroupe raised the standard of living in all the former slave island to their standard. That’s the only debate worth having right now i think.

On this blog it is best to leave religion, emotions and ego at the door before getting involved. Only interested in facts and information that can be measured, researched and is relevant to the evolution of the 21st century thinking black man.

This blogs will cover just about every aspect of life in the UK from a Jamaican perspective, from the sociopolitical to technological. Join the discussion, leave a comment, it is your obligation especially native Jamaicans and their descendants.

End gold is the development of Jamaican’s social and political consciousness, using methods such as brainstorming, discussions, debates and collaboration. Hopefully this will stimulate many creative solutions to some of the problems. A political mandate at some point. Put the processes in motion that will facilitate the growth and stability of the country’s economy and raise the standard of living.

Secondary to that is the elevation of Jamaica’s positive perception in the wider British society and challenging negative stereotypes about Jamaica and expose perpetrators of those stereotypes, especially “black non-Jamaicans” i.e. Africans, other mix migrants groups, Asians and especially the British born black who seem to be the main culprits. Challenge the long settled Jamaican migrant community especially the children of those original immigrants who are the real trail blazers of the negative perception and stereotypes that have been accepted as norm?
